Surprised in the best way!

The stay exceeded all expectations! The staff was friendly and attentive, and the food selection was delicious with generous portions. I particularly appreciated the impressive pool area, which was a great spot for relaxation. The room was clean, and the shower had fantastic water pressure. I would happily choose this place again.

great service but chilly pools

The staff excelled in providing exceptional service, always eager to assist with a smile. The location was convenient, just a short walk from the main attractions. I appreciated the clean rooms that were well-maintained throughout my stay. The heated indoor pool was a nice touch, offering a warm escape from the cold outdoor pool. The generous breakfast selection added to my pleasant mornings.

the room was absoolutely tiny, barely enough space for my, if you can call it luggage, and I was refused entry for dinner due to the bizarre requirement of returning to my room for a piece of paper. one would think that some preferential treatment woudl ve been in order, but alas, I was treated like any regular guest. just couldn’t recommend.

While the location was convenient, there were instances late at night where I felt uneasy due to some unsavory individuals lingering nearby. a pleasant stay with a few areas for improvement.

We really enjoyed the extensive children's entertainment program. There was a separate area with a kids' club, playground, and even a water feature that our teenage daughter loved. The evening shows were fantastic, with a wide variety of choreographies that kept everyone entertained.

My wife says that the games in the kids' area were mostly in Spanish and a bit outdated.

this was my first stay in benidorm, and the pueblo truly exceeded my expectations. our double room was spacious and impeccably clean, featuring a flat-screen tv and a fridge. breakfast was outstanding, offering a wide range of delicious options that fueled us for the day.

the elevator was often crowded and slow.

The hotel features multiple swimming pools, providing plenty of space to soak up the sun without feeling overcrowded. Rooms include free safes and decent Wi-Fi, with balconies that offer nice views over the pool area for a relaxing touch.

Many rooms are on the smaller side, making it tricky for two or more people to comfortably manage luggage and belongings. the dining area can get crowded during peak meal times, making it feel rushed and chaotic when trying to enjoy meals. At times, noise from outside rooms became disruptive, particularly late at night, affecting overall comfort.

The location was superb! Just a quick stroll to the beach and vibrant nightlife. The food was appetizing, featuring a vast selection for breakfast and dinner. Staff were super friendly and attentive, always ready to assist!

My room was a tad on the smaller side. It could use a bit more sunlight during the day.
